Energy, Not Myths
As a competitive athlete, I have learned that peak performance is no coincidence. As a long-distance duathlon world champion (2015) and athlete in the second Bundesliga, I know how to deliver consistent performance under pressure.
But I also know the side that hardly anyone talks about: stress that tips the scales. Injuries, exhaustion (RED-S), stagnating performance – I have experienced all of this myself. I know how it feels when your body, mind and everyday life are no longer in sync.
These experiences were my most important lesson.
